Ad Maker is designed for busy parents, businesses, and studio owners who want a better ad-making experience, which in turn will increase participation and satisfaction. It’s JUST SO EASY. Whether you’re in the car line or the doctor’s office waiting room, Ad Maker is available anytime you have a free moment. And did we mention it’s FUN?
You’ll be on your way to lasting memories in just a few short steps!
Step 1
Create your Account

- Submit ads safely and securely through your customer portal account.
- Easily and efficiently keep track of all your created ads, including ad sizes, totals, and tallies.
- Access saved ads anytime, day or night.
Step 2
Choose an Ad Size

- Remember, you can always pick more than one size if you want to purchase multiple ads.
- Complete the required fields, including quantity, message, and the student(s) to whom the ad is addressed.
- Link your ad to the appropriate student. Every ad must be linked to a student, regardless of whether or not the ad specifies the student's name.
- Add selections to your cart and let the fun begin! Feel free to unleash your creative side!
Step 3
Create your Ad
- Ad Maker’s editing tools allow you to upload your own images or choose from carefully selected templates and graphics to complete your ad.
- Life happens, so if you need to step away and finish creating your ad later, you can tap Save for Later, and Ad Maker will save your ad for the next time you log in.
- Once you have finished designing your ad, tap Finished for Now to review your created ad or start the next one if you purchased multiple ads.
& Create Additional Ads
- If you purchased multiple ads, continue designing until all your ad creations are complete. Ad Maker will always keep you updated on your progress.
- Once you're happy with your ads, tap Finished for Now to review and submit them. And, during your review, should you find that your creativity is still flowing, you'll be able to easily add any additional ads with the click of a button.
Step 4
Review your Ads
- During the review process, carefully review each ad to ensure it appears exactly as you want. Remember, what you submit is what we'll print!
- Should you need to re-edit an ad, simply click on the desired ad to continue editing.
- Once you're satisfied, tap Checkout, and you're almost there!
Step 5
Submit Ads
- Choose your payment method and tap Submit.
- Once submitted, your order will be sent directly to the studio. You'll receive an order confirmation via email, complete with a PDF of each ad submitted for your records.
- Use all the time you've saved to enjoy the rest of your day!
